Privacy Policy
NMBC does not share information collected by or about donors, business, students, volunteers, or other community members with third-parties, with the following exceptions:
- Business, student, or family names may be shared in publications for which they are contracted – for example business or family ads that appear in the musical’s program.
- Production member and NMBC board member names will appear on show t-shirts and/or in the musical program for which they are affiliated with permission.
- Production member and NMBC board member names and/or images may be shared on social media with permission.
- NMBC Board members legally required information (names, addresses, term limits) will be shared with the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth, the US Internal Revenue Service, and tax preparatory agencies for regulatory and tax purposes only.
- Donors information shared on GoFundMe will not be shared by Northampton Musical Booster Club without permission, but are also subject to GoFundMe’s privacy policies.
